Shipping
- All orders are shipped using a tracked delivery service.
- Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service used. The estimated delivery timeframe provided by the courier begins once your order has been dispatched.
Please note that occasional delays caused by the courier, customs, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control may affect delivery times.
Incorrect Shipping Information

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period or you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us. We'll work with the courier to investigate and do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
